Cancellations are not accepted


I don’t accept returns or exchanges due to health and safety reasons . We are providing an explanation about sizing information to help you choose the correct size. Please read the descriptions before you purchase as no returns will be accepted.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


When I have certain items “In Stock” It means that I have the fabric to make the hats. I usually have a certain amount of them premade, or made bud that all depends on how many orders have I received during the week. Normal shipping time is from three to five working days. If you place your order during the weekend It will start processing on Monday and usually ships on Tuesday, or Wednesday. Please email before you purchase if you have any questions.


All orders have tracking and delivery confirmation. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered to your address and the package does not make it into your hands please do not expect me to replace it. Once the package leaves my hands i have officially fulfilled my responsibilities as a seller and cannot help you any further. You will need to contact your local post office for further assistance. It is your responsibility to track your package while in transit before it arrives and make arrangements to receive it if your box is too little for the package. I have no control over where your local mail carrier leaves your package for pickup. That is your responsibility to take care of before the package arrives. Please make sure that you provide the correct addres at time of checkout.

Im not responsible for lost, or stolen packages. I recommend adding signature confirmation on all packages. Please let me know if you would like to pay extra to add it to your order if you do not pay for signature confirmation and your package gets lost, or stolen please do not expect me to replace it, or, nor refund you for your order.
